Independent Affordable Senior Housing is the perfect option for older adults wishing to enjoy a quality lifestyle in a comfortable and secure setting without the stress of managing a home. Offering state-of-the-art one bedroom suites located on a beautiful 17 acre campus, Eliza Bryant Village’s housing projects offer a low-maintenance lifestyle with programs and activities geared toward seniors. An innovative “Culture of Caring” program will assist residents in maintaining a caring and supportive living environment.

We are nationally recognized by the Department of Housing and Development (HUD), for our high quality standards, and state-of-the art designs.

Housing units are Government subsidized and regulated by the Department of Housing and Development (HUD). Per HUD 202 qualifications, applicants must be at least 62 years of age and capable of living without supportive services. To qualify, applicants must meet HUD income requirements. Residents pay 30% of their income for rent.

The Village consists of 148 units within three housing complexes:
