Return to Independence and a Fulfilling Life

Our comprehensive rehab center helps patients reach their optimal level of functioning and return home safely. We provide short and long term skilled rehabilitation services that are designed for individuals requiring short-term therapy and skilled care following a stay in the hospital or injury.

The average length of stay is 29 days. In 2016, 86 patients were discharged home and 54 returned home in 30 days or less.

Occupational therapy helps patients maintain self-sufficiency by improving tasks such as bathing, dressing and wheelchair mobility. Physical therapy focuses on achieving the best physical function and mobility, providing strengthening programs and patient education to help with walking, balancing and sitting. Speech and language therapy improves residents’ communication skills, targeting chewing, eating and swallowing disorders.

Our talented and passionate team includes dietitians, occupational therapists, pharmacists, physical therapists, physicians, psychologists, registered nurses, social workers, speech therapists and transition care coordinators.

Additional services include:

  • Wheelchair positioning and mobility
  • Inpatient and outpatient treatment plans
  • Falls and Balance program
