Eliza Bryant Village Auxiliary I hosted its 2018 Annual High Tea Luncheon at Executive Caterers at Landerhaven on Saturday, July 28th.
This fun event helped to raise community awareness and financial support to help support our mission to “to provide quality services, outreach programs and a dignified, compassionate and secure living environment for seniors.” The theme for the event this year was It Takes a Village. For more than 122 years, Eliza Bryant Village has been providing quality healthcare, programs and services to aging adults and their caregivers in greater Cleveland – in large part due to the strong support of Board Members, staff, volunteers, foundations and private donors.
Thank you to everyone who was able to attend and/or contribute to this event that helps us improve the quality of lives for more than 1,200 seniors annually. The event featured keynote speaker WEWS News5 Cleveland anchorwoman and Emmy-Award winning journalist Danita Harris – WEWS Danita Harris, with live music entertainment by Obed “Obie” Shelton and a gracious and entertaining Master of Ceremonies Peter Lawson Jones , attorney, business consultant, professional actor, dramatist and former elected official, in addition to local shopping, a delicious lunch, a raffle, a hat parade and time to meet new friends.
